A 41-year-old female smoker presented with a vaginal mass. Gynecological examination showed a mass filling the uterine corpus, cervix, and vagina. A total abdominal hysterectomy was performed. Macroscopic findings included a large fragile mass involving the uterine cavity, cervix, and vagina. Histology revealed atypical ducts admixed with solid components consisting of large atypical cells. The initial pathological diagnosis was grade 3 endometrioid adenocarcinoma. The patient was designated as stage II according to the 2008 International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) staging.

We report the case of an 8-year-old white girl with albinism and a flat pigmented choroidal lesion in the left eye measuring 0.5 mm in diameter. There was no subretinal fluid, lipofuscin, or drusen. The patient later displayed 10 lightly-pigmented cutaneous nevi on her upper chest, left arm, and right leg at 8 months' follow-up. The choroidal nevus showed minimal change over 2 years.

A 52-year-old man presented with a 5-year history of multiple bilateral apocrine hidrocystomas of the eyelids. For the past 3 years, the patient had developed a mechanical ectropion of the right inferior eyelid secondary to progressive enlargement of the lesions. Different therapeutic options were discussed with the patient. Surgical excision of all lesions was performed under local anesthesia. There was no recurrence after 15 months of follow-up.

Multiple tumours of different histological type of the salivary glands are extremely rare. Here we report a 72-year-old woman who was diagnosed with simultaneously occurring Warthin's tumour of the left parotid and mixed tumour of the homolateral submandibular gland. To our knowledge this combination of histology and localization has not been reported previously. This case also illustrates the importance of thorough examination even after the identification of a single tumour, as multiple synchronous primary tumours--even if rare--can be a diagnostic possibility.
