Magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) is a flexible tool with real clinical utility. Examples from our experience in over 250 cases of clinical proton MRS are presented. Shorter echo time and reproducible water suppression increases the number of metabolites which can be detected and identified. Case reports illustrate the significance of altered ratios of N-acetylaspartate, choline, total creatine, myo-inositol, glutamate, glutamine, lactate, glucose, ketones, and, as an incidental finding, ethanol. We report the observation of neutrino interactions without final state muons at the LHC, with a significance of 6.4σ. A dataset of proton-proton collisions at sqrt[s]=13.6 TeV collected by SND@LHC in 2022 and 2023 is used, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 68.6 fb^{-1}. Neutrino interactions without a reconstructed muon are selected, resulting in an event sample consisting mainly of neutral-current and electron neutrino charged-current interactions in the detector. After selection cuts, 9 neutrino interaction candidate events are observed with an estimated background of 0.32 event

The first evidence for the Higgs boson decay to a Z boson and a photon is presented, with a statistical significance of 3.4 standard deviations. The result is derived from a combined analysis of the searches performed by the ATLAS and CMS Collaborations with proton-proton collision datasets collected at the CERN Large Hadron Collider (LHC) from 2015 to 2018. Incidental tracer uptake on DOTATATE PET is increasingly encountered in clinical practice. We describe 3 patients with suspected or known neuroendocrine tumor who were found to have diffuse and intense stomach uptake on DOTATATE PET. All patients underwent esophagogastroduodenoscopy and/or endoscopic ultrasound; the cause of the stomach uptake was attributed to proton-pump inhibitor use, chronic gastritis, and gastrinoma, respectively.
