Infantile hepatic hemangioendothelioma (IHHE) is the most common benign vascular liver tumor and typically occurs during the first 6 months of life. A 4-month-old male patient presented with abdominal distention. A physical examination revealed massive hepatomegaly. Liver enzyme levels were normal. We reported a rare case of composite diffuse large B-cell lymphoma and T lymphoblastic leukemia/lymphoma (T-LBL) in a 46-year-old woman with progressive enlargement of the breast lump. : Primary cutaneous marginal zone lymphoma (PCMZL) is one of the most common cutaneous B-cell lymphomas. It affects mostly patients in their fourth decade and manifests with multifocal nodules mostly on the arms and upper trunk in more than half of the patients. AIMS: To assess the risk, for patients with thymoma, of developing an additional malignancy (AM).
METHODS AND RESULTS: We studied 68 patients with thymomas. Based on the World Health Organization classification, the tumours were categorised as A, AB or B (B1, B2, B3) thymomas. DESIGN: Retrospective noncomparative case series.
PARTICIPANTS: Of 105 consecutive patients with eyelid basal cell carcinoma managed at an Ocular Oncology Center between January 1973 and December 1999, four patients with Gorlin-Goltz syndrome were identified.
