INTRODUCTION: Adult-type granulosa cell tumor of the testis is an extremely rare sex cord-stromal tumor. While most AGCTs are considered indolent with low metastatic potential, a small subset may exhibit aggressive behavior. Due to the rarity of this tumor, optimal management strategies and prognostic markers remain unclear.
