Gross chromosomal rearrangements (GCRs) are large scale changes to chromosome structure and can lead to human disease. Noise is generally unavoidable during recordings of heart sound signal. Therefore, noise reduction is one of the important preprocesses in the analysis of heart sound signal. This was achieved in joint cycle frequency-time-frequency domains in this study. Heart sound signal was decomposed into components (called atoms) characterized by time delay, frequency, amplitude, time width, and phase. An automated supercritical fluid extraction and in-line clean-up system has been developed for organochlorine and organophosphate pesticide residues contained in fats. There is growing interest in bicyclic peptides among scientists. This group of compounds has more advantageous properties than monocyclic ligands and their application in medicine and biological sciences is possible. It is known that sometimes the presence of metal ions is crucial for the activity of peptides in biological systems, like in the case of oxytocin or vasopressin. BACKGROUND: A rapid and sensitive LC-MS/MS method was established to measure iodiconazole (ADKZ) in dermatophytosis patients treated topically with 2% ADKZ cream.
METHODOLOGY: ADKZ was extracted by liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) and separated by an Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column (2.1 × 150 mm, 3.5 μm) using methanol - 0.01% formic acid (70:30, v/v) as the mobile phase.
