OBJECTIVES: To report one case of urethral angioleiomyoma because of the rare site, and to review its main characteristics.
METHODS: We report one case of male urethra angioleiomyoma presenting with obstructive symptoms.
RESULTS: We performed excision and end to end anastomosis of a small bulbar urethra stenosis. Pathology reported angioleiomyoma.

Acral calcified angioleiomyoma is an uncommon tumor that presents as a non-descript papule or subcutaneous nodule, classically on the foot. Biopsy or excision is typically the diagnostic method of choice as well as the treatment for these sometimes painful tumors. A 3-year-old male black-tailed prairie dog (Cynomys iudovicianus) was presented with a dome-shaped cutaneous mass over the left femur. Microscopically, the mass was encapsulated and composed of proliferating spindle cells arranged in haphazard, interlacing bundles. The leiomyoma is a benign smooth-muscle neoplasm commonly found in the female genital tract, gastrointestinal tract, or skin. Leiomyomas of the oral cavity are unusual. Benign tumors of the ciliary body are rare and may potentially be confused with uveal melanoma in clinical routine. Clinical findings rarely allow for safe differentiation. Hence primary excisions are frequent. We report the case of a patient with a benign ciliary tumor, which was observed over a total of 13 years and eventually underwent a local tumor resection.

This report describes a case of labial angioleiomyoma in a 52-year-old woman. The patient had noticed a slow-growing painless isolated mass in her upper lip for 6 months. The mass was surgically excised, and pathological examination was consistent with angioleiomyoma. Surgical excision was curative, and there was no recurrence at 12-month follow-up.
