Nonosseous Ewing sarcoma commonly occurs in the extremities or deep soft tissues. However, cutaneous and subcutaneous locations have been reported. A 3-year-old boy presented with a 2-year history of a painless, slowly growing mid-scrotal mass. Pathology after surgical excision revealed the lesion to be Ewing sarcoma. Malignant melanoma of the scrotum is the rarest of primary genitourinary melanomas, with only 17 cases having been reported between 1949 and 2005. We report one such case, which presented as a nonhealing ulcer over the right hemiscrotum.

A 70-year-old Japanese man complained of a nodular, non-tender scrotal mass, which had been gradually increasing in size over the last 10 years. Excisional biopsy of the scrotal specimen revealed chondroid syringoma, a very rare benign tumor, more likely to occur in the head and neck region. This is the eighth such case reported, and is an important type of scrotal tumor.

Majocchi's granuloma is a well known but uncommon folliculitic and perifolliculitic dermatophyte infection of the dermal and subcutaneous tissue by fungal organism, usually limited to the superficial dermis. We report a rare case of superficial perifollicular form of Majocchi's granuloma, caused by Trichophyton rubrum on the scrotal skin of a healthy man. Histological examination of the biopsied nodule revealed perifolliculitis with fungal elements and the periodic acid schiff staining was positive to fungal elements. His lesion cleared completely with the use of a topical antifungal agent.

Clinical examination of the scrotum is difficult due to the small size of the testes and the epididymis in infants and young children, and eliciting patients' history is challenging. Aggressive angiomyxoma is a rare and nonmetastasizing soft tissue tumor of the pelvis and perineum and occurs almost exclusively in adult females. It infiltrates locally and has a high risk of local recurrence. Recommended treatment of the symptomatic patient is wide excision with tumor-free margins and close postoperative monitoring.
