Septorhinoplasties in cleft patients are challenging procedures to perform for even the most experienced surgeon. Unilateral cleft rhinoplasties present a unique challenge given that the tissue bed has had previous manipulation and scarring is found around the tissue matrix, making it typically necessary to place several sturdy cartilaginous grafts to provide structural support. Cystadenoma, a common benign tumor derived from glandular tissue, generally occurs in the appendix, ovaries, kidney, or pancreas. This article explores the evolution of ideas regarding CL/P classification and includes the schemes described by Davis and Ritchie (1922) , Brophy (1923) , Veau (1931) , Fogh-Andersen (1943), Kernahan and Stark (1958) , Harkins et al. Schwannomas are well characterized uncommon neural neoplasms which may rarely present with variation in clinical manifestation. Oral Schwannomas clinically simulate other lesions like traumatic fibroma, pyogenic granuloma, mucocele and salivary gland lesions. The diagnosis of schwannoma is typically made at the time of surgery following biopsy and surgical resection is the mainstay of treatment with no chances of recurrence as they are well encapsulated. We present a case of schwannoma of lower lip occurring in a 21-year-old female patient.

Annular atrophic lichen planus is a rare form of lichen planus, clinically characterized by a circumscribed annular configuration. We report herein a 32-year-old female who developed depressed plaques on the lips. Physical examination showed well-circumscribed, erythematous plaques on the lower lip. The aim of the survey was to assess midwives' experiences and knowledge of cleft lip and/or palate (CL+/-P), confidence in supporting the families and giving feeding advice, and to identify areas for input from the cleft team. Long-term penicillamine therapy has been associated with alterations in dermal elastic tissue.
