Radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy are primary treatment modalities in the therapy of lymphoma. The treatment depends on the lymphoma type, stage of disease and patients general condition. Primary duodenal MALT lymphoma (MALToma) is a very rare neoplasm arising from the mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue of the duodenum. We report a 55-year-old woman with MALToma located in the descending duodenum and accompanying Helicobacter pylori infection of the stomach. We performed operative resection due to involvement of the papilla of Vater and submucosal tumor infiltration. Differentiating between Wegener's granulomatosis and other destructive centrofacial lesions often is difficult for clinicians and pathologists. It has become more confusing since what until now was known as "malignant centrofacial granulomatosis" seems to be a peripheral T-cell lymphoma. The case of an 83-year-old male recently diagnosed as angiocentric peripheral T-cell lymphoma which presented as a destructive centrofacial process is reported. Intrathoracic involvement is common in both Hodgkin's disease (HD) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). The most common manifestation is mediastinal lymphadenopathy. We present a case of Burkitt's lymphoma, American type, with massive abdominal involvement, in a 11 years old boy, who presented with mucous-cutaneous paleness, cephalalgia and melaena. The localization of the lesion in the gallbladder and the rectum is stressed as being exceptional. We emphasize the importance of a rapid diagnosis to start early chemotherapy because this lesion grows rapidly. In our case after eight days of chemotherapy treatment there was a 75% reduction of the tumor mass.

A case of ureteral lymphoma with no other areas of involvement was incidentally discovered on MRI examination. Bilateral ureteral soft tissue infiltration, asymmetrical hydronephrosis, and abnormal enhancement of lymphomatous tissue were noted. A follow-up MRI after chemotherapy demonstrated significant decrease in the size of the periureteral disease and improvement in the extent of hydronephrosis.
