Effect of YM-11124 on cell-mediated immune responses, type I to type III allergic reactions and inflammatory reaction was determined in mice, rats and guinea pigs. Chromium(VI) resistant Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cell lines were established in this study by exposing parental CHO-K1 cells to sequential increases in CrO3 concentration. Unidirectional (36Cl) chloride fluxes across isolated and short-circuited frog skin were measured, with both sides bathed in low chloride solution.
