Malignant melanoma is the most aggressive skin cancer that originates from melanocytes. Primary or metastatic pleural melanoma shares clinical and imaging characteristics with primary pleural tumors, such as pleural mesothelioma. A 75 year-old man with a lesion in the middle lobe of the lung was discovered to also have, during the follow-up period, a mass in the mediastinum, diagnosed as a multi-thymic cyst. Both pathologies were successfully treated with a single surgical approach by video-assisted thoracoscopy. We performed a middle VATS lobectomy with complete lymphadenectomy followed by radical thymectomy without additional incision. The postoperative course was uneventful.

The patient visited our hospital because of macrohematuria. Cystoscopical examination did not reveal any bladder tumors but a tumor shadow in the right renal pelvis was revealed by computed tomographic scan. The aim of our study is to report a case of pigmented squamous cell carcinoma of the palpebral conjunctiva referred to our clinic because of eye pain. We report a rare case of multiple schwannomas presenting with scrotal mass. In the present case, a scrotal schwannoma developed in a 66-year-old man with a history of brain tumor surgery. Investigating the patient's past history lead to the diagnosis as probable schwannomatosis. Patients with schwannomatosis are at increased risk of developing multiple schwannomas and these patients need regular surveillance. In this regard, the present case highlights the importance of thorough history taking in patients with scrotal schwannoma.

Case report of isolated liposarcoma of the uterine corpus coexisting with preinvasive cervix cancer in 71-year-old woman, who 41 years ago underwent the enucleation of the uterine corpus myomas. In tumor histogenesis the malignant transformation of fat cells, which might have been previously transferred to myometrium, was taken into consideration. The 8 year long follow-up revealed neither recurrence nor metastases.

Most patients with intracranial germinomas will be cured and become long-term survivors. A 33 year-old female with minimal deviation adenocarcinoma of the endocervix is presented. In two years five biopsies were needed to make the diagnosis. There was association with bilateral mucinous cystadenomas of the ovary. Even under radiotherapy and surgical resection the clinical outcome was fatal with 2 years of survival rate. The tumor shows fairly well differentiated endocervical glands which may be confused with different forms of endocervical hyperplasia but the clinical course is aggressive and fatal.
