We report the case of a young pregnant woman with bilateral renovascular hypertension due to renal microaneurysms from an unknown cause, who had a successful delivery. Pregnancy did not affect the disease activity even in the postpartum period. Her blood pressure was maintained within the normal range by administration of labetalol. We describe an unusual case of a 51-year-old woman affected with familial non-obstructive cardiomyopathy and syncopal vasospastic angina. The use of hyperventilation stress-echo testing, recommended by the authors because of its simplicity and safety, was decisive in showing the causal role of coronary spasm of the left anterior descending artery. The coronarography had not shown obstructive lesions of the coronary arteries, but during the procedure the patient had refused ergonovine or acetylcholine injections.

A patient with hepatoblastoma in whom a hepatobiliary study with Tc-99m PMT demonstrated homogeneous uptake in the tumor is presented. Sonography showed a large solid mass pedunculated from the right hepatic lobe with a "tumor-in-tumor" pattern. It was hypodense relative to normal hepatic parenchyma on CT scanning without contrast material and turned isodense with contrast material. This represented its hypervascularity, which was confirmed by selective celiac arteriography.
