Congenital myopathy with tremor (MYOTREM) is a recently described disorder characterized by mild myopathy and a postural and intention tremor present since early infancy. This clinical report aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of the combination of vaginal dilator (VD) and pelvic floor muscle exercises (PFME) on vaginal stenosis, sexual health and quality of life among women undergoing radiotherapy treatment for cervical cancer; PFME were instructed prior to radiotherapy with six-month follow-up. We report a case of a 37-year-old man with a persistent consolidative lesion in the right lower lobe. We report the case of an elderly man who had visited many physicians with breathlessness and was treated in an outpatient care. The cause of breathlessness was not evaluated, which turned out to be a slow-growing tumour in the mediastinum. Individual dietetic consultations were trialled in a community-based first-episode psychosis program. Participants received eight individualised dietetic consultations, plus weekly shopping tours and cooking groups. The outcome measure was waist circumference (WC). In total, 30 patients commenced the program. An intention-to-treat analysis revealed, a statistically significant reduction in WC (mean=2.1±5.4 cm, t=2.1, df=29, p=0.04).
