Tuberculous dactylitis is an uncommon condition which is particularly difficult to differentiate from other lesions, particularly tumors. The results of dynamic forearm rotational splinting for the treatment of forearm rotational contractures in patients with acceptably aligned, healed distal radius fractures are documented. We treated two children with the unusual complication of ulnar nerve palsy after closed both-bone forearm fractures. Both patients developed an ulnar claw-hand deformity within 7 weeks of injury that resolved spontaneously by 20 weeks postinjury with nonoperative treatment. A glycoprotein of 70 kDa (GP70) was isolated from sera of Burkitt's lymphoma (BL) patients and used to immunize rabbits.
