Two cases of posterolateral corner reconstruction of the knee with postoperative sciatic perineural analgesia using a mixture of clonidine and buprenorphine, are presented. We report a case of atraumatic spontaneous posterior subluxation of the sternoclavicular joint in a 19-year-old woman without any known underlying pathology. There was no history of injury. The patient was treated operatively using the gracilis tendon to reinforce the anterior sternoclavicular ligament. One year later the patient is asymptomatic and has returned to her usual life.

We report on a 12 years old female patient who had been diagnosed with patellofemoral instability - recurrent dislocation and anterior knee pain. Radiologic evaluation further revealed osteochondritis dissecans (OCD) of the lateral femoral trochlea. The authors describe a technique for performing partial sectioning and myectomy of the trapezius muscle in patients with severe cervical dystonia that is unresponsive to conservative treatment.
