BACKGROUND: Transoral robotic surgery (TORS) is a minimally invasive procedure that is performed with neck dissection (ND) and postoperative radiotherapy when necessary. This study aimed to review the methods of vascular ligation and ND in cases of TORS for oropharyngeal cancer in Japan.
