INTRODUCTION: Undifferentiated head of pancreas carcinoma with osteoclast-like giant cells (UC-OGC) is a rare neoplasm, with less than a hundred cases reported. We present such a case, in which the UC-OGC presented atypically as a cystic lesion following acute pancreatitis and led to late diagnosis.

Sixty-four cases of lymphoepithelial cysts of the parotid gland, the largest scale collection in the literature, were clinicopathologically analyzed for their possible pathogenesis. Myxoid adrenal cortical neoplasms are rare, and to our knowledge, only about 23 cases have been reported in the literature, including 13 carcinomas and 10 adenomas. We recently experienced 4 cases of myxoid adrenal cortical neoplasms (3 benign and 1 borderline malignancy) and studied the clinical, histopathological, and immunohistochemical features of these neoplasms. Nitric oxide (NO) donor-based gas therapy has been widely explored to promote angiogenesis in diabetic wound treatment, particularly to compensate for insufficient endogenous NO levels in damaged tissues. Here, we present a skin-derived extracellular matrix (ECM)-based platform that leverages its inherent biocompatibility and cell affinity for efficient NO delivery.
