PURPOSE: Videos and images are becoming an educational tool in every domain. The objective was to assess the contribution of short educational endoscopic videos in learning the complex anatomy of the tympanic cavity.
METHODS: We conducted a prospective study amongst all the otolaryngology residents in 2021 in the greater Paris area (n = 74), from the first year to fifth year. AIM: To determine the probable causative factors, clinical features, and treatment outcomes of Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS), toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN), and SJS-TEN overlap in children.
METHODS: A 20-year database review of all children diagnosed with SJS/TEN/SJS-TEN overlap at the King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Thailand.

OBJECTIVES: Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a common clinical problem that can have serious health consequences and complicate the course of mental disorders. It is estimated that the prevalence of sleep apnea in patients with bipolar disorder can be 21-47.5%. Some symptoms of OSA are the same as the symptoms of depression: daytime drowsiness, cognitive dysfunction, decreased drive, apathy, depressed mood, anhedonia.
METHODS: We present a case of a patient whose depressive symptoms persisted despite repeated changes of pharmacological treatment and were exacerbated by severe sleep disorder.

BACKGROUND: Visceral Leishmaniasis (VL; also known as Kala-azar) is an ultimately fatal disease endemic in Bihar. A 2007 observational cohort study in Bihar of 251 patients with VL treated with 20 mg/Kg intravenous liposomal amphotericin B (Ambisome) demonstrated a 98% cure rate at 6-months. Between July 2007 and August 2012, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) and the Rajendra Memorial Research Institute (RMRI) implemented a VL treatment project in Bihar, India-an area highly endemic for Leishmania donovani-using this regimen as first-line treatment.
