The peripheral blood cells, spleen cells and bone marrow cells from a patient with hairy cell leukaemia were studied by means of several immunological methods and by phase contrast and electron microscopy. Many patients with chronic pancreatitis (CP), even in the absence of intrinsic renal disease, are found to have abnormal urine, with persistent proteinuria, cylindruria, microhematuria and leukocyturia. The kidneys of 12 necropsy cases with CP showed mild to moderate arterial and arteriolar nephrosclerosis and no other significant changes. The spectrum of biopsy-proven glomerular disease was studied from a single center in Northwestern India, among adolescents aged 13-19 years. From January 2009 to December 2012, a total of 177 patients with biopsy-proven glomerular disease were studied. The same pathologist reported all the biopsy specimens after subjecting to light, immunofluorescence, and electron microscopy.
