Embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma (ERMS) is a malignant neoplasm mostly affecting the genitourinary system of children and is rarely seen in adults. ERMS in uterine cervix is rare and can be misdiagnosed in adult as adenosarcoma or carcinosarcoma. A 71-year-old man underwent a completion pneumonectomy for a recurrent carcinosarcoma of the left upper lobe. A single lumen endotracheal tube was used for intubation. During dissection the right main bronchus became blocked by a tumor mass. Due to severe adhesions it was impossible to open the airway from inside the operation field. This neither was also not possible by bronchoscopic maneuvers and the patient died. The case is similar to six cases described in the literature since 1966 [4-7, 9, 10]. Recommendations for preventing and treating the complications are given.

272 primary epithelial gland tumors were classified pathologically. These tumors were sampled from 70% of 390 lacrimal fossa lesions out of 1530 orbital tumors from one hospital. Sarcomatoid carcinoma is a rare type of tumour consisting of neoplastic cells expressing both epithelial and mesenchymal cell markers. The small intestine is a rare site for sarcomatoid carcinoma and to date, a few cases have been reported. In this manuscript, a case of jejunal sarcomatoid carcinoma in a man in his 50s is reported. A review of the literature on sarcomatoid carcinomas of small bowel is presented.

In this study, a case of a 56-year-old woman with cutaneous metaplastic carcinoma in the neck is reported. It harbored basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and sebaceous carcinoma, as well as osteosarcoma (with fibroblastic, osteoblastic, aneurysmal bone cyst-like, and chondroblastic patterns). We report an interesting case of a patient with sarcomatoid carcinoma arising from the left ureter who presented with left iliac fossa pain. The diagnosis was based on CT and histological findings. To our knowledge, this is the first case of sarcomatoid carcinoma arising from the ureter reported. The literature review also highlights the rarity and the poor prognosis of the disease despite aggressive interventions.

Atypical or symplastic leiomyoma is a rare histological variant of leiomyoma. This is a case report of 63-year-old patient who underwent hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.
