OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical characteristics of children with Castleman's disease and to improve doctors' awareness of this disease.

The effects of upper incisor separation on the submandibular and sublingual glands of rats were examined biochemically, immunohistologically, and radio-immunologically during 28 days of treatment.
