PURPOSE: To summarize the effects of pupil dilation on optical biometry results and evaluate its impact on intraocular lens (IOL) power calculations.
METHODS: A systematic literature search was conducted in PubMed, EMBASE, and Cochrane Library on December 5, 2024.
