The diagnosis of a traumatic unstable pelvis in a stable patient is a temporary concept depending on when we see the patient, as all patients presenting with hemorrhagic shock have hemodynamic stability until they become unstable. A 84-year-old female visited our hospital with the chief complaint of asymptomatic gross hematuria. The computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging revealed a large invasive tumor in the right renal pelvis. Metastatic workup was negative.
