Our review of previously published reports and familial cases revealed that corneal clouding in autosomal recessive congenital hereditary endothelial dystrophy was present at birth or within the neonatal period. Further, corneal changes with time were minimal, nystagmus was often present, and there were no other signs or symptoms. Vestibular migraine (VM) requires a migraine history according to ICHD-3, but recurrent vertigo may also develop in secondary headache disorders. We report a 52-year-old man who experienced persistent headache and recurrent vertigo following a traffic accident. PURPOSE: To describe a case of posterior scleritis following anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) injection.
OBSERVATIONS: A 51-year-old male receiving biweekly anti-VEGF injections for a central retinal vein occlusion complicated with cystoid macular edema presented with new-onset severe pain, photophobia, and tearing. Ophthalmological examination revealed choroidal folds and B-scan ultrasound confirmed significant thickening of the sclera, leading to a diagnosis of posterior scleritis. The medical records of 141 patients with dermatochalasis seen during the 32-month period of January 1989 through August 1991 were reviewed. Patients were classified on the basis of symptoms and mode of treatment and were examined for effectiveness of blepharoplasty in ameliorating these symptoms. Cogan Sindrome is described as the association of non-syphilic interstitial keratitis with vestibulo-auditory symptoms in its typical form. We are reporting a case corresponding to a 32 years old male who consulted at first place for ophthalmic clinic and, two months later, affected of bilateral neurosensorial hearing loss with tinnitus and vestibular dysfunction. In spite of the corticoid treatment our patient has not improved. His hearing disorder was even worse after one year-follow up. A bibliographic review has been performed related to this pathology whose etiology is still unknown.

Radial keratotomy (RK) was commonly performed in the 1980s and 1990s. We aimed to clarify the current status of post-RK refractive correction and treatment. We retrospectively reviewed the charts of 70 patients with a history of RK. Of the 70 patients, 44 were identified for clinical outcomes. The ocular side-effects of bisphosphonates have the potential to escalate with their widespread use. We report a patient of osteoporosis who was treated with zoledronic acid infusion. He developed ocular pain, redness, watering, photophobia and swelling of both the eyes. He was diagnosed with acute anterior uveitis and conjunctivitis and treated with topical 1% prednisolone acetate and 1% atropine sulphate.
