OBJECTIVE: To identify potential biomarkers to distinguish adult-onset Still's disease (AOSD) from sepsis.
METHOD: We recruited 70 patients diagnosed with AOSD according to the Yamaguchi criteria, 22 patients with sepsis, and 118 age-matched controls.
