PURPOSE: To evaluate the usefulness of an infrared open-field autorefractor as a predictor of the refractive error when fitting multifocal contact lenses (MCL).
METHODS: Objective and subjective measurements of the non-cycloplegic distance refractive error were compared in patients wearing MCL. Poly(hydroxybutyrate) (PHB)/cellulose acetate (CA) blend nanofiber scaffolds were fabricated by electrospinning using the blends of chloroform and DMF as solvent. Erlotinib hydrochloride (ERL), an oral tyrosine kinase inhibitor used in non-small cell lung cancer, is a classic example of drug polymorphism. However, the influence of crystallisation methods, PLGA, and thermal ageing on its polymorphic behaviour remains unexplored. This study investigated ERL polymorphism in binary mixtures prepared by blending, co-grinding, and solvent evaporation.
