Penile carcinoma is a rare disease that has a wide range of pathology and morbidity. Occurs commonly in the 6th and 7th decades of life. Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is the predominant histological type. We present a case of a penile lesion of exophytic papillary morphology accompanied by multiple bilateral mobile inguinal lymph nodes.

The prognosis for women with endometrial cancer is generally good. This is because the disease is often diagnosed at an early treatable stage, as women seek care owing to postmenopausal bleeding. The prognosis is, however, worse for women with high-risk endometrial cancer. These women may benefit from more extensive surgery, including pelvic- and para-aortic lymph-node dissection, whereas such surgery is of no benefit for women with low-risk cancer. Pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) is the gold standard treatment for cancer of pancreatic head in all the cases that are supposed to be resectable. Although the overall survival depends on many heterogeneous factors, the main aim of the treatment must be to achieve a R0 resection with microscopically and macroscopically free margins.
