INTRODUCTION: Thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS) is caused by compression of the neurovascular structures passing through the thoracic inlet. It is categorised into three subtypes: neurogenic TOS (NTOS), venous TOS (VTOS) and arterial TOS (ATOS).
