Microtia is a congenital disease with various degrees of severity, ranging from the presence of rudimentary and malformed vestigial structures to the total absence of the ear (anotia). The complex anatomy of the external ear and the necessity to provide good projection and symmetry make this reconstruction particularly difficult. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of penile frenulum lengthening in the treatment of premature ejaculation (PE).
METHODS: Thirty-four males with PE were enrolled in this study, of whom 8 had received circumcision six months before and 4 had redundant prepuce, all with short frenulum. Controversy exists over the best method and technique of repair of oesophageal atresia and diaphragmatic hernia. Open surgical repairs have a long established history of over 60 years of experience. Set against this has been a series of successful thoracoscopic repairs of both congenital anomalies reported over the past decade. This review was based upon a four-handed debate on the merits and weaknesses of the two contrasting surgical philosophies and reviews existing literature, techniques, complications, and importantly outcome and results.

BACKGROUND: Inverted nipple occurs when part of or the entire nipple is abnormally located below the areola. Surgical repair of severe cases involves suture or flap techniques. Complications include recurrence, lactation problems, hypopigmented scar formation in the areola, and loss of sensation. We present a case of a patient who, after correction of tetralogy of Fallot (TOF), experienced runs of ventricular tachycardia (VT). Mapping of the aortic root showed that the critical component of the reentry was located within the noncoronary cusp.
