BACKGROUND: We explore the theoretical and methodological aspects of decolonising speech and language therapy (SLT) higher education in the United Kingdom. We begin by providing the background of the Rhodes Must Fall decolonisation movement and the engagement of South African SLTs in the decoloniality agenda. We then discuss the evolution of decoloniality in SLT, highlighting its focus on reimagining the relationships between participants, students, patients and the broader world.

INTRODUCTION: Filgrastim is a granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (GSCF) used in some chemotherapy regimen to prevent febrile neutropenia. Most common reaction of filgrastim are aches and pain including headaches, nausea and skin rash.
CASE REPORT: We report the case of a patient who developed unusual, non-commonly reported adverse toxidermy to filgrastim. At first the eruption was limited to the lower members and genetics organs. The aim of this study was to determine whether U.S.-grown and imported fresh produce retailed in ethnic stores and chain supermarkets was a reservoir of antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Mycophenolate mofetil (MM) is commonly used in patients with autoimmune diseases or who have undergone transplantation. Common side effects of MM include anemia, leukopenia, mucositis and opportunistic infections. We report an unusual case of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis (PAP) in a 67-year-old woman on MM for Wegener's granulomatosis (WG). PAP is a disease characterized by defects in macrophage-mediated processing of surfactants, leading to accumulation of periodic acid-Schiff (PAS)-positive lipoproteinaceous material within the alveolar spaces.
