Germline pathogenic variants (PVs) in BRCA1/2 are the most common genetic risk factor for breast cancer, associated with poor prognostic factors. BACKGROUND: Retinal capillary hemangioblastoma (RCH), while sporadic in some cases, is the most common and earliest manifestation of von Hippel-Lindau disease (VHL). This is the first report on different types of VHL variants and genotype-phenotype correlations in Iranian families with RCH.

Lynch syndrome (LS) is an autosomal dominant inherited disorder that primarily predisposes individuals to colorectal and endometrial cancer.
