UNLABELLED: We report a case of a 30-year-old woman with congenital anal cloaca who presented with vaginal bleeding and urinary retention from sigmoid neovagina. She was found to have metastatic mucinous producing adenocarcinoma in the neovagina.
BACKGROUND: Malignancy of neovagina is rare.
SUMMARY: We report a case of metastatic colorectal cancer after creation of a neovagina and urethra using sigmoid colon.

OBJECTIVE: To discuss the feasibility of using free tissue flap for simultaneous tongue reconstruction after tongue cancer resection.

BACKGROUND: We compared the efficacy of pectoralis turnover versus advancement technique for sternal wound reconstruction.
METHODS: A retrospective chart review was performed, December 1989 to December 2010, to compare postoperative complication rates between pectoralis major turnover versus pectoralis major advancement reconstruction techniques.
