In-Sensor Computing Tactile Devices for Well-Defined Confined Space Interactions.

Intelligent flexible tactile sensing systems offer immense potential for next-generation human-machine interaction. However, their widespread use is severely limited by data redundancy, mechanical instability, and limited on-device processing. Conventional architectures separating sensing and computing units introduce significant latency and reduce system robustness. Integrated approaches can alleviate these problems but often encounter interfacial incompatibility and low production yield. Here, we introduce a spray-heating continuous high-throughput fabrication (SH-CHTF) system. It achieves u

Artificial intelligence-enabled multi-omics biomarkers for immune checkpoint blockade: mechanisms, predictive modeling, and clinical translation.

Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) have transformed oncology, yet durable benefit remains confined to a minority of patients, revealing the limitations of single biomarkers such as PD-L1 expression, tumor mutational burden, and microsatellite instability. Multi-omics profiling, spanning genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, proteomics, metabolomics, microbiomics, and imaging-derived radiomics/pathomics, enables a systems-level interrogation of tumor-immune interactions. It captures lineage plasticity, antigen-presentation defects, metabolic and epigenetic suppression, stromal remodeling, an

Disentangling Mass-Energy Coupling to Reveal the Intrinsic Lattice Thermal Conductivity of Superionic Cu2-xS.

Strong mass-energy coupling and associated Soret/Dufour effects impede an accurate determination of the lattice thermal conductivity (κL) in superionic Cu-S systems. To extract the phononic κL under zero net ionic current, we employ a convective-invariant Schur complement framework combined with cepstral analysis. We find that in Cu1.8S, the percolating vacancy network with confined segment dynamics guides and suppresses random hopping but promotes correlated directional diffusion, leading to lower Cu diffusivity than in Cu2S despite a higher vacancy concentration. This correlated motion induc

Zeolite-Based Composite Nanomaterials for Organic Micropollutant Removal: Structure-Property-Performance Relationships and Practical Challenges.

Zeolite-based composite nanomaterials represent a versatile and mechanistically rich platform for the removal of organic micropollutants (OMPs)-including pharmaceuticals, endocrine-disrupting compounds, pesticides, and per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS)-from contaminated water systems. Although pristine zeolite frameworks provide well-defined microporous architectures, tunable Si/Al ratios, and ion-exchange capacity, their intrinsic hydrophilicity restricts interaction diversity and limits performance toward the structurally heterogeneous OMPs prevalent in real aquatic environments. Kinetic modeling with total body PET-current status and future applications.

Total-body and long axial field-of-view (LAFOV) PET/CT systems have transformed kinetic modeling from a regional research tool into a whole-body quantitative imaging approach. Unlike static SUV-based imaging, kinetic analysis provides physiologically meaningful parameters describing tracer transport, metabolism, and receptor binding. Historically limited by short axial coverage and low sensitivity, dynamic PET studies were confined to single organs and required invasive arterial sampling. LAFOV scanners, offering axial coverage of up to 2 m and >10-fold sensitivity gains, enable simultaneous m

The Strategies of Integrating 4-Nitro-3-trifluoromethylaniline With Photosensitizers for Combined NO Gas and Photodynamic Therapy.

Nowadays, an increasing number of emerging therapeutic modalities are flourishing due to the high recurrence and intractability of cancer. Among them, NO gas therapy (NO GT) relies on NO donors that release NO radicals upon external or internal stimulation. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is realized by the specific photosensitizers and light source. However, the clinical translation of NO is limited by its gaseous nature and the need for precise control over dosage and spatiotemporal distribution. Meanwhile, the efficacy of PDT is often compromised by tumor hypoxia. Consequently, the synergistic i

Velocity-Sensor-Based Dual-ESO Reconstruction for Feedforward-Feedback Low-Frequency Active Micro-Vibration Isolation.

Low-frequency base vibration transmitted through supporting platforms can degrade the stability of precision payloads, optical instruments, and inertial measurement systems. In velocity-sensor-based active isolation platforms, displacement-related feedback states are unavailable. Direct velocity integration can drift under sensor bias, while raw lower-platform velocity feedforward can introduce measurement noise and out-of-band components. This paper proposes a dual extended state observer (ESO) reconstruction method combining equivalent-displacement feedback and lower-platform feedforward. Th

Relation-aware pre-trained network with hierarchical aggregation mechanism for cold-start drug recommendation.

Drug recommendation systems have garnered considerable interest in the healthcare, striving to offer precise and customized drug prescriptions that align with patients' specific health needs. However, existing methods primarily focus on modeling temporal dependencies between visits for patients with multiple encounters, often neglecting the challenge of data sparsity in single-visit patients. To address above limitation, we propose a novel Relation-aware Pre-trained Network with hierarchical aggregation mechanism for drug recommendation (RPNet), which employs a pre-training and fine-tuning fra
