We report a patient suffering from spontaneous intracranial hypotension (SIH) who, following a non-selective lumbar blood patch, returned to his healthcare provider with severe symptoms of neurological deficits. It was subsequently discovered that the aforementioned deficits were due to a bilateral subdural hematoma, and an emergency surgical drainage of the hematoma has been performed. This case report discusses the clinical presentation, imaging findings, and successful management of a rare case of intussusception in a 6-month-old female infant referred to a regional hospital in Ghana. The patient presented with vomiting, lethargy, fever, and currant jelly stool. Skene gland abnormalities include skene gland cysts and abscess. These can be differentiated from urethral diverticulum based on clinical findings. Although Meckel's diverticulum is the most common congenital anomaly of the small bowel (2% prevalence worldwide), it rarely causes symptoms, with only 4% of those with the anomaly developing any complications, including Meckel's diverticulitis. A 7-year-old girl with an episode of hematochezia and melena, suspicious for bleeding Meckel's diverticulum, was referred for a Tc-99m pertechnetate Meckel's scan.
