This study reports the case of a 61-year-old man with right upper quadrant pain who underwent abdominal computed tomography examination. A solid lesion originating from the biliary tract was detected on the images. While evaluating the vascular structures, the splenic artery was seen to directly originate from the abdominal aorta. We report our experience in the use of percutaneous cholangioscopy for extraction of retained stones in the biliary tract, at the Oncology Hospital, Centro Médico Nacional, IMSS, between July 1984 and January 1990. Ninety seven patients were evaluated; the endoscopic manipulation was successful in 82 patients (84.5%). The main causes of failure were: narrow fistula, impacted stone, very small stones and false way. Twelve elderly patients without Waterhouse-Friderichsen syndrome or adrenal tumor who had spontaneous adrenal hemorrhage one to 33 days after operation are described. 68 Ga-Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA) is excreted mainly through the urinary system, but also partly through biliary system. Herein, we present such a case in a man with prostate cancer. The 68 Ga-PSMA PET/CT revealed increased uptake of 68 Ga-PSMA in bone metastases. Besides, increased 68 Ga-PSMA uptake in the common hepatic duct and common bile duct was observed, which resolved spontaneously in the delayed imaging.
