Vaginal erotic sensitivity was investigated in a group of 48 coitally experienced volunteers by means of systematic digital stimulation of both vaginal walls. It was found that 45 subjects reported erotic sensitivity located in most cases on the upper anterior wall, and of those, 30 (66.7%) either reached orgasm or requested to stop stimulation short of orgasm. We report a 31-year-old patient with longstanding complaints of vulvar itching and painful intercourse treated with many antimycotic drugs. On examination a small tumor, clinically not differentiable from a malignant lymphoma, on and near the clitoris was found. After excision biopsy the lesion proved to be a pseudolymphoma. Six months after excision of this rare vulvar tumor the patient was completely free of complaints. Isolated female epispadias without bladder exstrophy is a rare anomaly. We report a six-year-old girl who presented with urinary incontinence since birth and recurrent urinary tract infections. Examination revealed a bifid clitoris and a wide urethral opening. She underwent single-stage surgical repair via a perineal approach.
