AIM: Raltitrexed (RTX) is a thymidylate synthase inhibitor with large pharmacokinetics (PK) variability that can be administered in case of 5-fluorouracil (5FU) intolerance or dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase deficiency. While it is a more potent thymidylate synthase inhibitor than 5FU, RTX failed to replace this drug for colorectal cancer patients, mainly due to its toxicity at the recommended dose of 3 mg/m2 every 3 weeks. DATA SOURCES: The primary database was Medline, which was searched for English articles from 1966 to June 1999 using the words "magnesium" and "supplementation."

AIM: We sought to define trends in AF prevalence and its medical management using recent data based on data from two cross-sectional studies performed in a European country in 1999 and 2009.
METHODS: CARDIOTENS 1999 and CARDIOTENS 2009 were two observational, cross-sectional, multicenter studies. Patients were recruited in from primary care and cardiology outpatient clinics. METHODS: Black women with non-metastatic breast cancer enrolled in this prospective study within 2 months of diagnosis. Participants completed the Comprehensive Score for Financial Toxicity (COST) and the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression (CES-D) at baseline, 2 months, 4 months, and 18 months.

The present study was aimed at analyzing the remote results of the operation of cross-over autovenous bypass at terms varying from 2 to 28 years in a total of 68 patients presenting with unilateral post-thrombotic occlusive lesions of iliac veins and in 12 patients operated on for obstruction of the femoral vein (saphenopopliteal bypass grafting).
