This study reported 2-year efficacy and safety of relma-cel in Chinese patients with relapsed/refractory (R/R) B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (B-NHL). PURPOSE: The incidence of primary colorectal lymphoma (PCL) is rare (0.2-0.6% of large bowel malignancy). Up to one third of Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma will present with extra-nodal manifestations only. Extra-nodal lymphomas arise from tissues other than the lymph nodes and even from sites, which contain no lymphoid tissue. Spindle cell B-cell lymphoma is a rare morphologic variant of B-cell lymphoma that is generally associated with follicle center cell origin. The natural history of follicular lymphoma (FL) is frequently characterized by transformation to a more aggressive diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Lymphoma arising in the kidney is rare. Although 31 cases have been reported in the literature, it is likely that most of these neoplasms do not arise in the kidney. This report describes two cases of primary renal lymphoma and compares their clinical presentation, diagnostic modalities, treatment, and survival with the previously reported patients who satisfied our criteria for the diagnosis of primary renal lymphoma.

Single and multiple dose-time fractionation schemes were investigated in patients with mycosis fungoides and lymphoma cutis. The single dose response shows that the disease-free interval is dose dependent. Remission rates are similar when the same total dose is given in either single treatments or multiple daily fractions. Weekly dose fractionation schemes are superior to daily regimes for lymphoma cutis.
