PURPOSE: Orthotopic neobladder is a well-established technique for continent urinary diversion after radical cystectomy. In this study, we evaluated a new Frog ileal neobladder technique. Since the reconstructed neobladder appears like a frog, the name Frog Neobladder was given to it. We have used two isoperistaltic ileal segments and implanted ureters in the nondetubularized proximal end of the ileal segment.

Purple urine bag syndrome (PUBS) is a rare condition characterised by urine discolouration. The management of PUBS remains controversial. Four females (mean age 84.5±9.7 years) with palliative conditions (two cancer and two non-cancer cases) presenting PUBS were identified. Urine bags were changed in all cases. Urinary catheters were changed in three cases. Oral antibiotics were prescribed in two cases and used in one case. Urine discolouration was resolved in all cases.
