Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of folded free radial forearm flaps (RFF) for reconstruction of full-tickness cheek defects after the resection of buccal carcinoma.Method:Seventeen cases of buccal carcinoma received radical neck dissection with cheekectomy and mandibulectomy, and the folded RFF to reconstruct full-tickness cheek defects simultaneously. To explore the clinical value of superselective lingual artery embolization in treating the severe hemorrhage in patients with advanced carcinoma of tongue. A 65-year-old man with left lung squamous cell carcinoma was admitted to our hospital for operation. His tumor was located left upper lobe and invaded to the orifice of left upper bronchus. We diagnosed the tumor as cT2aN0M0 and intended to perform radical operation. Intraepidermal carcinoma (IEC) is a type of in situ squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), although progression of IEC is rare. We sought to investigate differences between the actinic skin changes preceding the development of both SCC and IEC.
