Typically, a kidney gets its arterial supply from a single renal artery, and the testicular arteries originate from the anterolateral surface of the abdominal aorta. The present case describes a variation in the origin of the testicular artery, which originates from a right accessory renal artery. Congenital cheek salivary fistula is a rare developmental anomaly with an abnormal connection between the parotid gland and the skin. An eight-year-old child presented with an opening on the right cheek, with intermittent saliva leakage aggravated during food intake and recurrent infections. Imaging studies had confirmed the diagnosis. Surgical excision of the fistulous tract successfully alleviated the patient's symptoms.

BACKGROUND: In previous studies, celiomesenteric trunk (CMT) was narrowly defined as a hepato-gastro-spleno-mesenteric (HGSM) trunk, but other possible types were ignored.
