Giant Acuminata Condyloma or Buschke-Lowenstein Tumor (BLT) is a rare disease characterized typically by its perineal location, local aggressiveness and its cauliflower-like aspect. BLT is associated with Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection. Because malignant transformation of BLT is high, radical local excision and histopathological examination are needed. A 74-year-old man was admitted to our hospital in order to treat a mediastinal mass and 2 ground-glass attenuations in the right upper lobe detected by chest X-ray and computed tomography (CT). Partial resection of right lung and thymectomy were performed. The mediastinal mass and 2 ground-glass attenuations in the right upper lobe proved to be thymoma and bronchioloalveolar carcinomas, respectively by pathology.

BACKGROUND: The recurrence of cardiac myxoma after a surgical excision is a rare condition. The mechanism responsible for the recurrence remains unclear. BACKGROUND: Nevus sebaceus (NS) of Jadassohn is a common congenital lesion associated with numerous benign and malignant tumors. However, mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC) has not been described in association with NS.

OBJECTIVES: We report the first case of bilateral renal solitary fibrous tumor diagnosed in a patient suffering from tuberous sclerosis.
METHODS: From the bibliographic review, only 15 cases of solitary fibrous tumor have been described in the kidney. We did not find any case of simultaneous bilateral involvement. We did not find any case described in a patient with tuberous sclerosis either, as the present case, being a 51-year-old female with presenting with a big abdominal mass arising from the left kidney (25 cm) and another 2 cm mass in the right kidney.

We report on 50-year-old woman without tuberous sclerosis, presenting with recurrent spontaneous pneumothorax. A CT-scan of the chest showed multiple, bilateral, thin-walled cysts, consistent with pulmonary lymphangioleiomyomatosis. A videothoracoscopic lung biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of lymphangioleiomyomatosis, but revealed also a micrometastasis from an occult papillary carcinoma of the thyroid gland. The main histologic differential diagnosis and the possible correlation between lymphangioleiomyomatosis and thyroid diseases are briefly discussed.

We report the rare case of a 43-year-old woman with a simultaneous meningioma of the sphenoid wing and an amyloid-containing prolactinoma. The patient, who presented with a 17-year history of amenorrhea, and galactorrhea, was found to have a 10-mm mass in the pituitary gland. Primary carcinoma of the fallopian tube is a rare malignancy of the female genital tract and infrequently diagnosed before an operation. The majority of patients have extensive disease at the time of diagnosis. We have experienced incidentally a case of a carcinoma of the fallopian tube coexisting with a benign cystic teratoma of the ovary in a 25-year-old woman. We report this case with a brief review of literatures.
