INTRODUCTION: The German national psoriasis registry PsoBest collects long-term data on the effectiveness, safety, and tolerability of systemic treatments for psoriatic disease. Psoriasis is a chronic, immune-mediated inflammatory disease that affects the skin, nails, joints, and cardiovascular system.
