A 15-year-old female gray Appaloosa horse was presented with history of a mass over the right dorsal commissure of vulva for the past 7 months. Based on histopathological examination, and positive staining with factor VIII-related antigen, vimentin, and Verhoeff-van Gieson stain, the vulvar mass was diagnosed as hemangiosarcoma with marked solar elastosis.

A 35 year old woman presented with 18 months history of a painless, soft, well-circumscribed, vulvar subcutaneous lump which measured approximately 7 cm. The lesion was completely excised and microscopically was consistent with a hibernoma. According to the available literature in English, this is the first reported case of hibernoma of the vulva.

Angiomyofibroblastoma is a rare benign mesenchymal tumor of lower female genital tract. It has characteristic histomorphology and shows myofibroblastic differentiation. Clinically it is imperative to differentiate angiomyofibroblastoma from other mesenchymal tumors of this region especially aggressive angiomyxoma which is locally infiltrative and needs long term followup. We present a case report of a patient that went to consultation for tumoración presence at level vulvar of a year of evolution, with size of 8 x 6 cm, accompanied by pain with the deambulación and manipulation, the out taking of tumoración biopsy, later on resection by means of vulvectomia simple left and the result anatomohistopatológico was corroborated that reported hemangioma fibrous esclerosante. Keratoacanthomas are commonly encountered by dermatopathologists and general pathologists, and usually present as a rapidly growing crateriform lesion on sun exposed skin of the elderly. Because of its rarity in the vulva, this lesion can be mistaken for a malignant lesion, specifically the much more common squamous cell carcinoma. BACKGROUND: Langerhans' cell histiocytosis (LCH) affecting the vulva alone is rare. At present, there are 51 published cases of LCH affecting the genital area. Of these, only 7 had LCH located in the genital area alone; in these cases, there was no subsequent systemic spread of the disease. A report of the 8th such case is presented with a review of the previous 7 cases.
CASE: A 40-year-old white woman presented with a several-month history of pruritic and ulcerous lesions on the vagina which had then spread to the vulva. No tiredness, general malaise, or associated temperature was observed.

A 29 years old woman was admitted with a nodule of the left labium major. The histological diagnosis was that of epi-myoepithelial tumour (adenomyoepithelioma). Hemangiopericytoma is a rare vascular tumor that is believed to arise from the pericyte of Zimmermann. Approximately 10% of cases occur in children and a third are congenital. To our knowledge we report the first case of a congenital hemangiopericytoma arising from the clitoris, describe its management and review the literature.
