BACKGROUND: Tracheal neoplasms represent less than 0.1% of all malignancies and have no established treatment guidelines. Surgical resection with reconstruction is the primary treatment. SIGNIFICANCE: Seborrheic keratoses (SKs) are harmless pigmented skin lesions (PSLs) that may be confused clinically not only with other benign conditions but also with cutaneous melanoma (CM). Neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) are the most common tumor of the appendix and have an excellent prognosis. Appendiceal tumors diagnosed between 1989 and 2019 were reviewed, and clinical data were collected from patient files.
