INTRODUCTION: Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) is an effective and well-tolerated treatment for advanced neuroendocrine tumors (NETs). However, persistent thrombocytopenia (PT) has been reported and may compromise further therapies and outcomes.
