In the present study, the effects of dexamethasone on cadmium-induced toxicity were evaluated in isolated rat hepatocytes. METHODS: Pregnant Wistar strain albino rats were exposed to supra-normal levels (10 mg/kg and 25 mg/kg) of HP on days 1, 7 and 14 of pregnancy.
