INTRODUCTION: Primary pleural angiosarcoma is an extremely rare malignancy of the pleura arising from the vascular endothelial cells. The disease is highly aggressive and associated with a poor prognosis. Clinical and imaging features are non-specific often leading to delays in diagnosis.
