BACKGROUND: RNA N6-methyladenosine (m6A) is involved in mammalian spermatogenesis. In both germ cells and Leydig cells, ALKBH5 regulates spermatogenesis and androgen synthesis in an m6A-dependent manner. The microenvironment near the apical membrane of MDCK cells was studied by quantitation of the fluorescence of wheat germ agglutinin attached to fluorescein (WGA). Translocations of the coding exons of the human c-myc gene are consistent features of human Burkitt lymphomas (BL).
