Cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) is a highly lethal adenocarcinoma of the hepatobiliary system, which can be classified as intrahepatic, perihilar and distal. The effect of potassium cyanide on p-nitroanisole O-demethylation in perfused rat livers has been examined.
